SHIPPING POLICY

The following terms and conditions apply to the dispatch and delivery of any purchase made through our website​.

 

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

A confirmation will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please keep this as your receipt and as proof of purchase. 

Once payment is received, orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days. We will contact you if there are any issues or delays. 

 

STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

Standard shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout and payment. 

Once your item has been dispatched, an email confirmation with an estimated delivery time and your package tracking number will be sent. Standard delivery will be between 2 – 7 business days after dispatch. Please note, all delivery estimates commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout and payment.

 

TRACKING

Tracking number will be sent by email when the order has been dispatched. Standard delivery times apply to tracked orders.

If you are not available to take delivery of the package, our appointed delivery partners will leave a call card to let you know if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location or with a neighbour or how to arrange collection. We cannot be held liable for any packages that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left by the carrier. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days. 

International delivery costs and times vary significantly depending on the package destination. Please contact us at [email protected] for a quote on international delivery. 

Orders shipped to a destination outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or other costs in the destination country. We are not responsible for any additional charges, including taxes, duties, customs fees or requirements for the package. The customer is responsible for any duty, taxes, fees, costs, expenses or custom fees or requirements associated with importing products purchased from us and which are shipped internationally.

We have no control over international processes, customs or border control procedures. Delays in delivery may occur.

We reserve the right not to ship to some countries. The customer will be advised before payment whether the package can be shipped to the desired country.

International delivery is subject to the shipping restrictions set out below.

 

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We only deliver within the UK.

We do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. 

 

LOST PACKAGES

If the package is lost in transit, please contact the delivery company and quote the tracking number provided in the dispatch confirmation email. If the carrier cannot locate the item, we will lodge an enquiry to locate the item.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accurate delivery address and contact details. Multiple delivery attempts, re-direction or returned packages may attract additional fees which may be billed by the carrier. 

We have no control over third-party agents responsible for delivering packages and recommend that you obtain insurance to cover delivery. Where possible, we will assist you in any claim against a third-party delivery agent. 

 

INCOMPLETE ORDERS

In limited circumstances, if multiple items have been purchased from us, and one or more items are temporarily unavailable, we will dispatch the available items in the order.

In the event of an incomplete order, we will make contact to discuss the items that cannot be immediately delivered. In most cases we will source the ordered items and have them delivered separately at our own cost. If we are unable to source the items, we will refund any product we cannot deliver.

 

INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED

If in the event that an incorrect item has been delivered to you, please contact us at [email protected] immediately and we will redeliver the correct item to you.  We will arrange to collect the item sent in error at our own cost. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Our refund policy applies to items damaged during delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
